The Blue Magic Dual-Use Innovation and Investment Conference is our signature event bringing together leaders from technology, aerospace, business, and government to discover emerging commercial and defense technologies for collaboration and potential investment. Held in partnership with host nations and sovereign partners around the world, the conference is a high-energy forum for a robust technology interchange addressing the world’s most pressing defense and security challenges.

Future Focused Prominent Speakers Networking Influential Participants

Description In collaboration with the Dutch Ministry of Defence and Ministry of Economic Affairs & Climate, we’re excited for Blue Magic Netherlands on November 17, 2026 in Eindhoven.

Companies from the entire Dutch industrial ecosystem are invited to apply to pitch their transformative solutions and take advantage of a prime opportunity to connect with funding, engage with industry leaders and grow your network. Submit a proposal for a chance to pitch your emerging tech or innovative solution.

We’re accepting proposals from companies of all sizes, maturity and diverse technology areas representing intelligent systems, smart materials, manufacturing, sensors, space technologies, energy, counter-UAS, and more. Key elements of the proposal needed for consideration include a needs assessment along with the solution offered, resource analysis, and list of team members.

The companies selected will pitch their innovative capabilities in a presentation before a distinguished panel of decision-makers and investors for collaboration and potential investment.

Conference attendance is available to anyone interested in discovering emerging technologies, insights from notable speakers, keynote remarks and networking events with tech and industry leaders.

Information sessions and workshops hosted by Blue Magic Ventures are OPEN TO ALL!

Proposals received by the deadline are reviewed against the following criteria covering the key elements required to assess them for a pitch at the conference.

Challenge & Relevancy: quality of research and knowledge of the market and competitive landscape
Solution: technological or innovative merit and key differentiators from current solutions
Roadmap: long-term plan for solving the challenge and feasibility
Funding & Support Requirements: detailed analysis of the funding and support needed for development and implementation
Team: qualifications and expertise of the team/organization leaders

Companies are notified of selection decisions approximately 2-3 weeks before the event.

Submit Proposal

Information sessions and workshops are scheduled to answer questions about the event, proposal requirements, and the selection process for a pitch. Attendance is strongly recommended for those considering submitting a proposal.

Submission deadline is Friday, October 16, 2026.

Submitting a proposal DOES NOT automatically register you and your team for the event. Please ensure each member of your team is registered to secure their spot.

Proposals for Blue Magic Netherlands is limited to companies within the Dutch industrial ecosystem registered in the Netherlands.

Companies selected to pitch will be notified on Monday, November 2, 2026, with detailed instructions for pitch presentations included.

Companies are allotted 15 minutes, including Q&A, to deliver their pitch in front of a diverse audience of conference attendees. Pitches are scheduled in rounds of 3-5 companies over the course of the agenda.

Pitches are evaluated by a panel of GA-ASI and sovereign partner leadership for Blue Magic investment based on innovative merit, relevancy and impact of delivery. Industry partners and other entities participating in the conference will also evaluate solutions for potential investment.

Pitch presentations and all supporting materials are due no later than Friday, November 13, 2026.
